SteadAura provides Laura, an AI receptionist that answers phone calls for businesses. This page explains what information we handle and why. Questions: keeshawn@steadaura.com.
This website
This site has no accounts or sign-up forms. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them. If you book a call through our booking link, Cal.com collects the details you enter under its own privacy policy, and we use them only to hold the call and follow up with you.
Calls answered by Laura
When you call our demo line or a business that uses SteadAura, an AI voice assistant answers. The greeting tells you the call may be recorded. During the call, Laura may ask for your name, phone number, address, and the reason for your call.
- Calls are recorded and transcribed so Laura can respond and so the business can see what you asked for.
- The details you share are sent to the business you called so they can call you back and help you.
- Our voice technology providers process recordings and transcripts on our behalf to run the service.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t use call recordings or caller details for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep recordings, transcripts, and call details only as long as needed to provide the service to the business you called, or as that business directs.
Your choices
To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email keeshawn@steadaura.com. If you called a business that uses SteadAura, you can also contact that business directly.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date above.
